In mid-July, 2009, we spent a week at Dechen Là Lodge at Mile 212 on the North Canol Road. First we drove 4 hours to Faro, where we stayed overnight. From there, it was 9 hours driving on the windy, gravel North Canol Road to reach the meeting point just before the Yukon/NWT border.
